RADICAL EQUITY & INCLUSION

Our Spaces hold equitable collaboration among people of various languages, abilities, religions, genders and identities, as that is essential to the work of land sovereignty and liberation for communities of color.

We actively question who among our Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, and other people of color communities may face barriers to participating in our programs, as well as who does not feel included and welcome, acting to address these factors to open our circles of embrace, connection, and action. We hold that inclusive spaces are essential to the work of land sovereignty and liberation.

We challenge and counter all expressions of exclusion, domination, oppression, or other induction of fear and harm — racism, colorism, classism, ableism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, gender-based violence, and discrimination or violence based on language, literacy, and/or documentation or migration status.

We acknowledge migration as an ecological process.
